Terms & Conditions

1. The RO purifier remains the property of Morgan Filtration Private Limited during the rental period.

2. Monthly rent is payable in advance as per the agreed rental cycle.

3. The first-month billing amount shown in the quotation/catalog applies at the time of installation where applicable.

4. Routine maintenance covered under the plan is provided by the company. Consumables or parts damaged due to misuse may be chargeable.

5. The customer must not sell, transfer, open, modify, relocate, or allow unauthorized repair of the rented purifier without company approval.

6. Any physical damage, loss, theft, or damage caused by negligence or unauthorized modification may be charged to the customer.

7. Installation is subject to site conditions, water quality, inlet pressure, drainage, electricity, and system suitability.

8. For hard-water locations, the Platinum Plan is subject to site inspection and suitability of the installed system.

9. The customer must provide reasonable access to the purifier for inspection and maintenance.

10. Plan cancellation, relocation, or early termination will be handled according to the rental agreement signed at installation.

11. The signed rental agreement and applicable invoice/receipt will prevail in case of any discrepancy with promotional material.
